A company gave non-smokers six extra days off to make up for co-workers’ smoke breaks
Well, fair’s fair after all… Recently, the Japanese company Tokyo’s Piala Inc. announced that they were giving their non-smoking employees extra paid leave to compensate for the fact that their co-workers’ get cigarette breaks. And that extra they gave the non-smokers totaled six extra days of paid holidays annually.
