8 people hospitalized in Wacker chemical explosion

Bradley County Schools are closed today after a second explosion at a Wacker, Tennessee chemical plant, last night. ABC: Facebook sold over $100k of ads to fake Russian FB accounts

On Wednesday, Facebook finally disclosed what they had known for awhile: Russia “interfered” in the 2016 election via more than $100,000 worth of ads. Divisive in nature, they were all about “hot-button issues” and purchased by a Russian company linked to the Kremlin. Bumping by airlines drops to record low

Thanks to all the attention from social media about passengers getting removed from flights due to overbooking, the number of people getting bumped has hit an all time low. (I guess public shaming does work!) In fact, in the second quarter, 12 of the nation’s largest airlines only bumped 44 out of every million passengers.
