A federal study has found that more than 1 in 3 American adults were given prescription painkillers by medical providers last year. When you factor in those who use painkillers without a prescription, that comes out to 38 percent of the population. Report: Chemicals in One-Third of Fast Food Packaging

According to a report published in the journal Environmental Science & Technology Letters, the packaging our food comes in could be negatively impacting our health; the report found fluorinated chemicals in one-third of the fast food packaging tested.
