On November 8th, Florida voters decided to approve a medical marijuana proposal that was narrowly defeated just two years ago. With just 66 percent of precincts reporting, the Associated Press declared Amendment 2 passed with 71 percent support (Constitutional amendments require 60 percent support to win in Florida). On Tuesday, two people were killed and at least three others were wounded by an active shooting near a polling place in Azusa. We are so sorry to report this- it’s been one of many of our greatest fears. While authorities said police were dealing with at least one female suspect who was heavily armed, several witnesses said the shooter was a man.
