CNN: Nestlé Drumsticks Recalled Nationwide After Positive Listeria Tests At Factory
After testing positive for listeria at their plant in California, Nestlé’s has issued a nationwide recall of Drumstick ice cream cones. Thankfully, at this time there have been no reports of illness and none of the Drumstick products have tested positively for listeria. The positive test result came from equipment located on a production line at its facility in Bakersfield, California. The voluntary recall includes the Drumstick Club 16 count Variety Pack and the 24 count Vanilla Pack, which were made between August 31 and September 17.
