Soda Consumption Falls To 30-Year Low In The U.S.

Soda Consumption Falls A fabulous slump in the demand for diet sodas sold by both PepsiCo and Coca Cola, contributed to a drop in sales, for the 11th consecutive year, in the US. People are starting to get the message! The stuff in those drinks is poison. Diet Pepsi and Diet Coke both reported a decline of over 5%, while Diet Mountain Dew dropped 4.8%. As consumers seek healthier options, the industry has found themselves a bit lost; the alternatives people are looking for, like juices and flavored water,  don’t have as many calories and don’t include the sweetener aspartame,  which people have...

Study Suggests This Skin Condition Is Linked to Alzheimer’s Risk

This Skin Condition Is Linked to Alzheimer’s Risk There is new research, published on April 28 in the Annals of Neurology, suggesting that Rosacea, a condition that causes redness and often small, red, pus-filled bumps on the face, may be linked to a higher risk for dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Thankfully, the authors of the study were quick to assure people that if they have rosacea, they shouldn’t be overly worried. Lead author, Dr. Alexander Egeberg, said that while the risk may be slightly elevated in those with the condition, the absolute risk is still quite low. “According to the...

Navajo Water Supply Is WORSE Than Flint

Navajo Water Supply Is WORSE Than Flint The news out of Flint, Michigan brought the issue of contaminated drinking water into sharp focus, as it was revealed that officials at every level—local, state and federal—knew about lead-poisoned water for months but did nothing to address the problem. Under state-run systems like utilities and roads, poorer communities are the last to receive attention from government plagued by inefficiencies and corrupt politicians. Perhaps no group knows this better than Native Americans, who have been victimized by government for centuries. In the western U.S., water contamination has been a way of life...

Another Doctor, age 25, Mysteriously Found Dead In Body Of Water- No Witnesses

Another Doctor Mysteriously Found Dead It brings me no joy to break the news of yet another doctor found dead in a mysterious manner. A fourth doctor, in so many months, has been found dead in a body of water. In all four of the water cases (out of over 30) they are unsolved and or mysterious—although all are pretty damn mysterious. Dr. Bradstreet’s case (the first in our series) has yet to be officially closed, and the family has hired at least one PI. (I’ve interviewed them on this a few times.) Then Dr. Marshall was found in a river and...

Watch: River Explodes Into Flames From Methane Coming From Nearby Fracking Sites

River Explodes Into Flames From Methane Just like here in the US where fracking is causing earthquakes and so many other incidents, our friends Down Under are also suffering. On the Condamine River, there is so much methane gas seeping in that it’s bubbling through and recently exploded and held a large flame for some time. The gas seeping began shortly after coal seam operations started near the river and the stretch of river that’s been affected is growing; the Queensland government has put stakes on the river bank to mark each place where there is a visible seep....
