Fluoride Officially Classified as a NEUROTOXIN A recent report from The Lancet, the world’s oldest medical journal, has officially classified fluoride as a neurotoxin. This places the compound in the same category as arsenic, lead and mercury. Because many have long held the belief that fluoride is dangerous, people have launched campaigns to remove it from their water supplies and while some have been successful, there is more work to be done.
