I know it’s hard to believe that one thing might help someone lose weight, but really it not only did that.
It helped change my whole life.

Giving Up Breakfast
Giving up breakfast and practicing intermittent fasting (don’t worry you still get to eat!) was one of the key ways I lost weight. This came up today because someone wrote on my page that the #1 way to lose weight was to eat a good breakfast. Leading doctors and health experts have been saying for years now that our ancestors didn’t have the luxury of sitting down and “breaking fast” (breakfast”) first thing in the morning. And that old myth it’s the healthiest meal of the day? Frankly? (and forgive my French- by the way I’ve been there many times- they eat little breakfast) it’s bullsh*t.
I also gave up coffee which was another huge factor of going from obese to fit in 90 days. (Coffee wreaks havoc on your adrenals and if you have adrenal fatigue (BIG chance you have weight around the middle? you do) coffee will just help make you fatter. That was 2 years ago and I’m still at the same weight 5’9 128 lbs and a size 4/6. I was a size 10/12 before that and my doctor said with the weight around the middle I was obese and headed toward diabetes as the scale was climbing daily.
I wrote a free ebook that you can download on how I lost the weight but I’ll be the first to say (wait, I did!) that intermittent fasting and quitting coffee were two of the keys for me. There are more in the book and I’m grateful for the thousands of emails I’ve gotten from people who say the book worked for them. Why I don’t charge for it is I want everyone to have access and be able to lose weight and get healthy and have the information and knowledge they so desperately need.
Enjoy….. Oh and remember over the holidays when someone asks you if you want ham and eggs for breakfast (pork is a dirty meat and I wouldn’t eat it if it were the end of the world) you might want to say no, I am skipping breakfast (even my thin friends do it and it’s helped them in more ways than they can describe)
