Ingredients
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 1/4 cup gluten free oats
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup organic almond butter
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Place the dates in a food processor to form a dough
- Add all other ingredients until well combined
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and then press the dough tightly into the pan
- Place in the freezer for 1 hour
- Lift out of the pan and cut into squares or bars
Store in an airtight container (these can be frozen)
