Siberian children pour ice water on their heads while standing in swimsuits in snow for ONE reason (this is NOT a punishment)

[…]this therapy as their pediatricians would tell them, but most kids benefit from it. For Siberian doctors, using ice cold showers for health benefits is a medical fact. Dr. V. Kharitonov tested blood samples of students before and after pouring ice-cold water on their heads in a 1997 study. He found statistically significant changes at the cellular level of the immune system. RELATED STORY: Help ward off infections and improve your immune system with oregano oil Another proponent of this activity is kindergarten director Olesya Osintseva of Barnaul, Russia. BREAKING: The Guardian: Weedkiller products more toxic than their active ingredient, tests show

[…]though Monsanto introduced glyphosate-based Roundup in 1974 and even though doctors and scientists have had issues with it for years, only now, after more than 40 years of widespread use, is the government investigating the toxicity of “glyphosate-based herbicides” on human cells. RELATED STORY: Monsanto’s fingerprints all over Newsweek’s hit on organic food The EPA requested the NTP tests after the IARC’s (International Agency for Research on Cancer) 2015 classification of glyphosate as probably carcinogenic. (At that time the IARC also highlighted their concerns about formulations that combine glyphosate with other ingredients to enhance weed killing effectiveness.) Video: Dr. Jeffrey Bradstreet’s Family Breaks Silence for the First Time in this Exclusive Interview

[…]in a river, with a gunshot wound to his chest, 7 weeks ago.  Shortly thereafter, more holistic doctors were found dead, mostly here in Florida and mostly holistic, some of whom we knew well.  I wrote the stories, as tough as it was, and we’re still waiting for answers. I’ve been fortunate to talk with the Bradstreets for a while now, and they are nothing but an honest, sincere caring family, and I cannot imagine how they must feel. I cannot even begin to understand the depth of their pain. I am just honored that they trust me and opened […]

Medical Kidnapping: 3-year-old forced to undergo chemo; then state strips parents of custody after hospital reports them

[…]had been notified and a full explanation of the plan to seek another opinion had been expressed to doctors multiple times by Taylor. After being hunted down like criminals for simply exercising their rights, Noah was removed from his loving, attentive parents, placed into state custody, and returned with a stranger (case worker) to Florida. Upon his return he was admitted to Johns Hopkins where he stayed and was examined for 2 days, kept in a crib bed (enclosed cage-like contraption meant to contain infants during hospitalization) and forced to wear diapers, despite being an active, potty-trained 3 year old. This Popular Anti Aging Hormone May Actually Shorten Your Life

[…]imagine that’s still safer than sticking a needle in your stomach, but I know someone whose doctors said their HGH levels were too high (just from naturally boosting the levels) There are many supplements I think are extremely beneficial. And I won’t deny that B12 injections helped me with overcoming Lyme (as well as my late teens kitty with a b12 deficiency) but you won’t see injecting this (or any hormones) any time soon. I’ll be posting a video shortly how I lost 30 pounds in about 90 days but it didn’t involved HGH. I think there are safer methods […]

In Defense of Sweating: A Doctor’s Take

[…]had metastasized throughout her body: into her bones, organs and lymph glands. She saw various doctors: the first suggested a double mastectomy; the next wanted to do that plus chemo; the third doc wanted to do both of those, plus radiation. The fourth doctor she saw told her that she had 90 days to live, that none of those treatments would help her, and that she should go home and put her affairs in order. She did go home: but she decided to not put her affairs in order (having spoken to her, I would conclude that her emotional and […]

Biggest Ever Review: Antidepressants can raise the risk of suicide

[…]loved ones to commit suicide, but they’ve been largly dismissed by medical companies and doctors who claimed a link was unproven. But, after the review compared clinical trial info to actual patient reports the scientists found, “pharmaceutical companies had regularly misclassified deaths and suicidal events in people taking anti-depressants to “favour their products,” reports The Telegraph. Experts are deeply concerned that clinical trials appear to have been misreported. Professor Peter Gotzche of the Nordic Cochrane Centre said, “It is absolutely horrendous that they have such disregard for human lives.” From the article: “Dr Joanna Moncrieff from University College London said: “People […]

Do this one technique before bedtime to help drain your lymph glands

The truth is, most people have never heard of lymphatic drainage or even the lymphatic system. This is because it is not often talked about, however, in 2012 researchers at USC made this statement: “… the lymphatic system is no less essential than the blood circulatory system for human health and well-being.” Researchers found that the lymphatic system is vital for both tissue repair and controlling inflammation in most organs of the human body. The improper drainage of the lymphatic system results in an impaired immune system or even tumors in the lymph nodes. RELATED ARTICLE: Why It’s Crucial to Know Your Lymphatic […]

Follow the 5-to-1 rule for packaged foods

[…]disease. An accompanying editorial to a fiber and heart disease meta-analysis implored doctors to “enthusiastically and skil[l]fully recommend that patients consume more dietary fibre”––which means a lot of whole plant foods. If we do buy something packaged, however, the first word in the ingredients list should be “whole.” But, even if it is, the rest of the ingredients could be junk. A second strategy is to look at the ratio of grams of carbohydrates to grams of dietary fiber. We’re looking for about 5 to 1 or less. For example, whole-wheat Wonder Bread passes the first test: The first word in its ingredients […]
