The beach at Boca Grande is a war zone since hundreds of dead fish, manatees, sea turtles, eels and other marine life washed ashore thanks to the red tide (which is a natural phenomenon that is often exacerbated by algae blooms). And if you can stand the smell, a trip to the beach will see the rotting fish rife with maggots and devoid of tourists. But it’s not just at Boca Grande, it’s all over Florida. They will not preserve facial or genital tattoos, and the only option they offer for the final product is to frame it as a wall piece. Kyle mentioned they have received (and denied) requests for the tattoed flesh to be turned into things like book covers or lampshades. […]this is happening. And it’s not even freaky Friday! It was just revealed that the brains of dead pigs were partially revived by scientists hours after they had been killed at a slaughterhouse. “The Yale University research team is careful to say that none of the brains regained the kind of organized electrical activity associated with consciousness or awareness. Still, the experiment described Wednesday in the journal Nature showed that a surprising amount of cellular function was either preserved or restored.”1 Obviously, the implications of this study are staggering. The brain is extremely sensitive to a lack of oxygen and […]
(Photo credit: WINK News) Last week, dozens of cattle egrets flew into cars on I-75 in Lee County, Florida and died. Now, the highway is littered with their corpses. While some people blamed the toxic green algae and red tide for the deaths along the stretch from Fort Myers to Naples, the truth is, no one is sure what happened. (Also, how much more can the animals and our environment in Florida take before it becomes a wasteland? What are our officials doing and thinking? When is enough, enough?) Local CBS affiliate, WINK, spoke to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission […]
[…]that one of our 62 holistic doctors, who allegedly committed suicide in his yard, was found dead after an appearance on RT- speaking out on controversial issues. That doctor, Mitch Gaynor, a holistic MD, colleague, and friend of ours in his 50s was a very kind man who put his patients with cancer in remission. He had given us copies of his book before he died. We, along with some close loved ones, have trouble believing it was suicide. After Dr. Gaynor’s death I reached out and contacted the founder of RT, Mikhail Lesin, to ask his opinion but alas, the very same day I […]
[…]not know what caused the fatal blood infection, more tests are being done. Mrs. Peralta said the doctor told her that this type of thing is rare given “his age and that it happened so quick … he was healthy. He was a healthy guy.”3 We will update this story once the additional tests are completed. José R. Peralta, first elected to the State Senate in 2010 and the first ever Dominican-American elected to the NY Senate, died on Wednesday night. He was 47. A cause of death has not yet been determined but an autopsy has been scheduled. Peralta […]

[…]of the length of time it had taken to prepare his meal. RELATED STORY: Unintended Holistic Doctor Death Series: Over 90 Dead The killing has stunned local residents and shopkeepers. One twenty-nine year old woman told French media: “It is sad. It’s a quiet restaurant, without any problems. It just opened a few months ago.” Some residents, however, said there has been an upsurge of crime in the area with an increase of drug-dealing and drunkenness on the […]
[…]fleeing a predatory school of bluefish when they wandered into the canal. However, the canal was a dead end because it was closed for the night. As the numbers of fish grew there was rapid depletion of oxygen in the water and thousands of fish were asphyxiated. The next morning when the locks opened, many of the dead fish floated back out to sea, or washed up on shore and some even made it out alive. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=riwtl_kPe0g Even though this seems like a open and closed case, the county’s health department is collecting water samples to test for pathogens […]

[…]fear and I don’t want to live in fear either. I don’t want my better half, a holistic doctor of 30 yrs, living in fear. That’s not what this is about. As more and more doctors have died, the skeptics and nay sayers have begun to listen. I have no idea what Time Magazine’s motives are but it’s sad that the reporter/author of the piece has read my emails and isn’t writing back. So that’s it Health Nuts. Time Magazine will do what they want. I’ll leave the female journalist’s names out of it but to say it’s similar to […]
We are so sad to report that Dolores O’Riordan, the lead singer of Irish band The Cranberries, has died at age 46. Her publicist Lindsey Holmes reports that she died suddenly on Monday in London. The cause of death is still unknown. The Cranberries were well-known internationally for their hits like “Zombie” and “Linger.” Holmes says the singer’s family is “devastated” by the news. O’Riordan was in London recording and has still had an active career. In fact, this past December she performed and in November recorded the theme song for a short film called “Angela’s Christmas,” which aired on Irish TV […]
[…]know, I did a story just after the sad news broke that cancer researcher Cheryl DeBoer had been found dead in Seattle, on Valentine’s Day. At that time, no evidence we found even remotely pointed toward suicide. Her mother, Lenore Peterson, believes that even though there is a lack of evidence showing her daughter died of a homicide, it doesn’t necessarily mean that she killed herself. She posted the following on Cheryl’s official memorial page: “It is inconceivable that Cheryl would take meat out of the freezer for dinner, text the driver of her carpool,” Peterson wrote, “walk 1.5 miles, crawl through […]
[…]right here on the coast of Florida. So sad to report this today.) This week, thousands of dead bees washed up on the popular Naples, Florida beach- Lowdermilk Park. People were even being stung because they didn’t realize what they were stepping on. Most residents and visitors to the ocean expect to see seaweed or seashells, they even look out for jellyfish, but no one expects to see dead or dying bees rolling in. One local resident said, “It’s just really between the water and the sand. I’ve been stung a couple of times, and at first, I didn’t know what it […]

Debbie Reynolds, one of Hollywood’s biggest stars in the 50s and 60s, died on Wednesday- just one day after her daughter Carrie Fisher passed away. Reynolds, 84, had been complaining about breathing problems and was taken to a Los Angeles hospital (we are told Cedar Sinai blocks from my previous home) Wednesday afternoon. At this point, that’s really the only concrete information we have, although rumor suggests she died after having had a stroke. Todd Fisher told CNN: “My mother passed away a short time ago. She spoke to me this morning and said she missed Carrie.” (One of my […]
Glenn Frey of Eagles dead at 67 I saw the Eagles live the last time in 2003 in San Antonio Texas. I sat in the 9th row and it still is in the top 10 shows I’ve ever seen (out of thousands) Don Henley, Glenn, Joe Walsh and the rest of the group were extraordinary. Between losing my old neighbor Lemmy from Motorhead, David Bowie and so many others? It’s been quite a winter so far. So it brings me no joy to announce co-founder and guitarist for the Eagles, has died. We’re told the cause of death was a […]
