So far this summer there have been a number of sad deaths reported due to children being left in piping hot cars. In fact, according to KidsAndCars.org, 37 children will die this year after being left in a vehicle.

However, there are some steps you can take to make sure it doesn’t happen to your or your family:1
- Leave your purse or an important item you will need in the backseat
- Hang a mirror above your child’s backseat, allowing you to see them in your rear-view mirror.

And remember, please call 911 immediately if you notice a child or pet, trapped in a hot car.
