You heard it here folks. Elon Musk, the CEO and founder of TESLA, says the vegan interior is the best.
You can imagine we are excited to announce that Tesla will have yet another vegan option. This one will be for their model X. I am been honored to drive a solar operated model S and absolutely love it. They also make that in a vegan selection. Part of the reason why Tesla started they’re vegan option was because of a famous vegan racecar driver who also drives a solar operated Tesla. I will be interviewing shortly.
We were thrilled to also report that TESLA will have their new $35k TESLA Model 3 out soon too. Not sure if it has a vegan option, but it will have a rebate beginning in all states at $7,500. Some states offer far more like Colorado. You can read about that here.
From the VEG NEWS article:
Among the three options available for the Model X, Elon Musk recommends white vegan interior.
Tesla Motors CEO and technology innovator Elon Musk recently revealed his personal preferences for the vegan interior of the new Tesla Model X. While three options are currently available for the coveted sport utility electric vehicle—vegan ultra white, tan leather, and black leather—Musk took to Twitter to emphatically promote the vegan option, stating that “the white interior is the best. Highly recommend.” When current Model X owners reported issues such as tears with the new interior, Musk assured them that the company would add backing material to strengthen interiors at no extra cost. In January, shareholdersand longtime vegans Mark and Elizabeth Peters successfully petitioned Tesla Motors to create a fully vegan stock option Model X. Musk’s preference for the vegan interior and efforts to remedy user concerns prove that Tesla Motors is invested in creating a superior vegan option to meet customer demands.
We are overjoyed to hear this news and will keep you updated. We will also be making some videos reviewing teslas. The videos will be out when the new TESLA is out. Again the Tesla 3 (not picture above, but gorgeous- see here) begins at $35,000 and that doesn’t help the rebate which starts in every state at $7500
