I ran across this story about a week ago and as I began to research it I found that the Japanese brilliant idea has taken root all over the place. Take a couple of minutes and check out the three videos below!

One man who saw this happening in Japan brought the idea home to his father in France. And, he took the idea one step further…
(We love animals at HNN and you all know I don’t eat meat. However, that’s my choice and I would never force it on anyone else. I am glad though to see that the ducks in the video above that are being used for pate aren’t being force-fed. That’s the silver lining.)
The last video below shows that ducks can help out in more than just rice fields! It’s this type of forward thinking that we are going to need if we have any hopes of saving our planet.
