Back in the late eighties, Stan Rutner, a retired dentist, was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma. After six months of aggressive treatment, in 1989, his cancer went into remission and he moved on with his life.

But, in 2011 a persistent cough sent him to his doctor. While the initial diagnosis was early stage pneumonia, there were some unusual spots on his lungs that needed follow-up, once the pneumonia was gone. After numerous tests were done, Stan found out the spots were actually cancerous nodes in the lungs. But that wasn’t all, his Stage 4 Lung Cancer had metastasized to his brain.

For his second fight against cancer, he turned again to chemo and radiation, but it was very difficult on him. Shortly after treatment began in the spring of 2012, he started to lose a lot of weight and had chronic nausea, which isn’t good for anyone fighting cancer- let alone someone who was almost 80.

Mrs Rutner told Stan Fassa, of REALFarmacy,

“After that he was wiped out. He was very thin. So we finished radiation to his brain on June 25, and on July 13 he entered the hospital for the first time with radiation pneumonitis (inflammation of the lungs due to radiation therapy), so pneumonia. There were three hospital visits during that time, and on the third they kept him for a week and started him on oxygen 24/7. And then he went into palliative care.”

On August 12, 2011, Stan’s doctors ordered him to enter hospice after giving him only weeks to live.

But the Rutners daughter wasn’t giving up, so she and her soon to be husband started researching cannabis as a possible treatment option for her father.

They started with a daytime cannabis capsule infused with coconut oil, which he started taking in early November of 2011. In the beginning, he took about a third of a capsule in the morning, and within a week or two he was able to give up the extra oxygen that he had had 24/7. After that, he was ready to really try cannabis.

Within a couple of weeks of starting cannabis, his condition improved: he started gaining weight, his sleep improved, he regained his strength (he even got rid of his walker),stopped using his oxygen, and started exercise classes. It was remarkable.

Several months into his cannabis treatments, he went for an MRI to check his progress and found, “IMPRESSION: No evidence of recurrent disease.” The lung cancer that had metastasized to his brain was GONE!

We are so happy for the Rutners (and their daughter). To find out how Stan made his miracle oil, make sure to watch the video at the top of the page.
