Two years ago, 78-year-old Shirley Webb couldn’t get out of her chair without a fight. She found herself forced to hold onto the handrail every time she went up or down the steps and it was ruining her quality of life.
All at once, something changed. She realized she had to make a change and began working out.
“When I go to the gym and work out, when I leave, I feel so much better than I did when I went in, and I just feel so good. I feel tremendous,” she said.

Her regiment includes oscillating between lifting 200-pound weights and mowing the lawn. The intense cardio and sunlight has her breaking records. She has already set the Illinois record for lifting 200+lb in weight and age groups.
All of her friends and family are seriously impressed.
