Key West just banned the herbicide that is costing Monsanto billions at jury trials
In yet another blow to Bayer’s Monsanto, the Key West City Commission has banned the use of a popular weed killer on city-owned property. While the new law prohibits glyphosate’s use by city workers, it does not ban its use on private property. The commission voted 6-0 in favor of the ban.
