A lawsuit against the EPA, by Food and Water Watch Inc. and a coalition of health organizations and individuals concerned about the fluoride in our drinking water, was recently upheld when a judge in the Northern District of California denied a motion by the EPA to “limit the information available to the court while making their decision on whether or not to ban water fluoridation.”1 Food and Water Watch Inc. filed the lawsuit only after the EPA rejected a citizen petition calling for the EPA to ban fluoride chemicals in the drinking water supply.
