Heather and her son Lane Biggs simply needed medical care.  A few years ago, Lane, who was diagnosed with leukemia at age five, was receiving treatment. At the same time, his mom, Heather, began having seizures from Lyme disease. Heather and her husband Tres were left with piles of medical debt that they couldn’t afford. Officials in St. Cloud, Florida maintain the water flowing out of their water plant is clear. They blame the murky brown water flowing out of the faucets of thousands of resident’s on a malfunction in a filter system. They reported that stainless steel tanks replaced two aluminum tanks that failed two years ago and eventually caused a breakdown in a filter system.
