Study Finds Hot Chili Peppers May Extend Life

According to a news study published in the journal PLOS One, eating hot chili peppers could extend your life. Analyzing data from more than 16,000 Americans who had been followed for an average of nearly 19 years, the researchers found that hot red chili pepper consumption was associated with a 13 percent lower risk of death.
