The Russian government has made an interesting decision to give away free land to anyone willing to farm it. Portugal’s 2000 decision to decriminalize drugs was world changing, not only for Portugal but the globe as a whole.  Drug use did not increase, as many anticipated, but, instead, decreased in a huge way. Alabama Water System Chief Apologizes For Using Taxpayer Money At Strip Clubs

Uh oh. Just last month, former Fayette water board manager, Scotty Moore, plead guilty to spending taxpayer money at strip clubs in THREE cities (and women’s clothing). The former head of an Alabama water system will now be going to prison after pleading guilty to theft and ethics charges.
