Bloomberg: Nestlé must face lawsuit in connection with GMO labeling
Nestlé USA Inc. must face a proposed class-action lawsuit in connection with the labeling of several products, including Coffee-mate, Buitoni tortelloni, and Lean Cuisine ravioli, as containing “No GMO Ingredients,” according to a September 19 California federal court ruling.
