Millions of gallons of untreated wastewater and stormwater began dumping into Puget Sound Thursday after high tides and heavy rains overwhelmed a King County wastewater-treatment center in Seattle. Just last night ANOTHER pipeline, this time off the Phillips 66 pipeline in Paradis, Louisiana, sparked a fire after an explosion. One worker is missing and others have been injured. While it wasn’t immediately understood what caused the fire, a crew of six workers had been cleaning it.
